I have lived here since the beginning of 2016 and I really have no intentions of moving anywhere else unless it's a house.  I have had no issues and any issues that I have had the office has been able to address and fix them.  I love the location it is in and how convenient you are to the mall and other shopping and eating places.  You can't beat the price for what it is worth.  I love the fact of the new renovations taking place.  I don't regret for one second moving here considering the last place I lived at.

I moved out in 2016 but my experience with the staff was great.. The parking lot everywhere is bad and crowded. The walls and floors are minimally insulated and sound proof. They can provide all the basics like washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, toilet repair, tv and other services. I felt this place had a well diverse community and I never felt threaten but I did sometimes feel avoided but I also avoided conversations. I was blessed with good neighbors so I wouldn't change and don't regret my experience.

The leasing office staff is absolutely helpful and amazing. We have never felt so at home. I highly recommend Pinville place apartments!

I'm not usually one to complain but let's say I can't wait for august to be here so we can move out. I've had so many sleepless nights and loud days from my upstairs neighbors and don't get me wrong, Rachel at the front desk warned them a few times to the point if I complain again she said she would have them evicted. Well I'm not sure what's going on but it's been over a week of me trying to complain to the front desk even though they reject the calls because my upstairs neighbor is the worst I've ever had in my life. But I can be sitting in the fitness center and call the front desk to complain and they're doing nothing and won't answer the phone. Not to mention when we offered for us to move apartments (happy as could be to move) they said we would have to repay our deposit and also pay about $60 more a month for the new place. No that's unacceptable. If I'm unhappy that should be waived but whatever. Come to find out they sold our apartment and told my boyfriend they sold it. Well we didn't move and I guess they figured something else out. They give you less than 24 hour notice before they need to come into your house for some made up reason and it's just not a place I would waste my money on. Go to Sabal point at least their front desk is overly nice.

Not to mention before we ever moved in and decided to move in was because we were lied to about the location of our apartment (we asked to be away from the dumpsters and weren't promised that but later found out those are 2 bedrooms) and that our apartment was going to be updated before we moved in. (Lies and now our appliances suck) also is you are a bug fan pay the extra amount to get away from the trash cans because every single night walking from my car to my apartment there are massive roaches (water bugs or whatever you want to call them) literally everywhere and will crawl all over you. You have to make sure your door is tightly shut or they'll get in.

Should we even bring up that they lied about the price to renew our lease and left it on our door when we were out of town so we had no idea we had to renew 3 months in advance.

Let's not forget the additional $50 fee for cable they sprung on us in the middle of our lease or the fact they've changed our air filter 1 time in 2 years and when we asked for a new one they said they wouldn't have any for weeks. 👍🏻 I have begged people not to rent here for these many reasons. I hope the new owners will get things turned back around

Do not rent here. The staff here is never knows what they are talking about and they are incompetent. They are unprofessional and the property is not up to par for the price they charge. They people in the office tell you whatever thinking you will not do your own research. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
