This is a terrible place to live. The office staff is nothing but thieves. They stole 1,700 dollars  from me.They charged me 100.00 in late fees how can I be late on rent when I have a rental credit of 2,100.00 dollars. They go in their ledger and change numbers as they please .The office turnover is very high so they never know what they are doing .They don't put your rent payment in the ledger until they please and it looks like you make your rent payment  late. They need to put it in the ledger the day you pay not a week later. I WAS TOLD FOR A MONTH THAT I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK.When that time came they didn't give it to me they said I didn't pay for the last 2 months I was there .LiES!!!! Don't rent from this place!!!You will regret it.I can go on and on But this was the main problem with this place they lie and steal from their residents!!

TERRIBLE PLACE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND UNORGANIZED!!!!!!!!! They constantly harassed my neighbor and treated her as if she was stupid because she Hispanic , the maintenance lady was always saying unkind words to her. The manager is also very rude!

The office staff and manager is very friendly and always goes above and beyond to help. Great maintenance team as well. Special thanks to Keith Hammond for getting my a/c and new toilet in with in 24hrs. One of the best places I've stayed in Charlotte and I will be renewing my lease!!!

I visited this super cute community for the first time and fell in love with everything there. It's in a great location, you can't beat the price for the area, and the office staff was super helpful and nice. The paperwork is a bit long but it is so worth it. I can't wait to move in!! Fingers crossed...
