The sales team was very professional, the whole process was seamless and very quick. I was treated with the utmost respect from picking out a vehicle to the financing and they made it happen. When you go to a car lot some salesmen just want to make a quick sale and when its finished they are done with you but not here. Even after I took delivery they made sure everything was going well and that's the mark of a great company. I want to express a special thank you to Carlos and Scott, they did a excellent job on my car purchase. I will definitely buy again and recommend that everyone go to High Quality autos. Thanks!

I never write reviews, but I must take a moment to share how wonderful David and Scott were. They went above and beyond the call of customer service and sales to make sure I was a happy customer and also to ensure that I would drive off their lot with a reliable car and payments I can afford. I would buy here again and refer anyone I know. Thank you for all you did for me David and Scott. I truly appreciate it.

Financing a car through High Q Auto has definitely been a memorable experience. Here at High Q Auto the process is seamless, the staff communication is A-1 and I am very pleased with the high level of professional customer service. As a young, first time car buyer and a female, I have gone through a lot of hassle with attempting to purchase a reliable up to date car for me and my daughter. I walked in with the mindset of wanting a 2014 Nissan Sentra with 20k miles or any of the brands familiar to me such as Toyota, Chevy or Honda; but left with a 2015 Ford Focus SE Hatchback with 56k miles and more features instead. Daniel did not sell me just any car or even the car that I wanted, but instead the vehicle that I needed. He was also very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process and not once was I belittled because of my credit situation. Neither was I pressured into making my final decision or harassed. Daniel accommodated all of my spoken and unspoken wishes and needs and I am happy to have been referred to High Q Auto and will refer many in the future as well.

Very bad experience if not the worst. I am doing this review a few months after I bought a car here. They trick me into buying a warranty policy for the car saying that it was a requirement by the creditor, which I REALIZE LATER (when talking to the creditor) it was not true, just that was another 2,500 dollars and the warranty does not cover nothing at all unless you have done all the maintance services stated in your manual. They also told me initially that the price of the car was the same when paying it in full that when using credit. Not true, they add it another 1,500 to the selling price FOR THE CAR ONLY plus everything else, including a dealer fee for almost a 1,000 dollars. The final bill was a lot higher that the initial advertised price of 10,000.
