Wonderful experience with sales consultant Matthew King! Definitely ask for him as he is a genuinely nice guy, sweet dad of three young children, and will take great care of you without pressure (be sure to tell him Dr. Chantal sent you!).

His sales manager Fares was also very straight forward and professional which I appreciated. My husband and I went to two dealerships before going to Rick Case and had negative experiences. At Lehman, they mislead us all week via email, and kept us there for two hours until we discovered they were not being honest. I actually overheard the sales manager at Lehman yelling at his salesperson to "Go do your job and sell that woman the car I'm telling you to sell her".

Rick Case was a much different experience! I explained to Fares (sales manager) what we had gone through at other dealerships, and told him the car I wanted and my target price. He told me about incentives that the other dealers had not told me about and gave me the best price of all the dealers I had spoken to. He was very professional, respectful, and efficient, as was Matthew, and the finance manager Mike.

So, if you're in the market for a car, go see Matthew. In addition to being genuinely friendly and personable, he'll listen to you, treat you with respect and kindness, and help you get the vehicle you want at a competitive price!

Great experience at Rick Case Hyundai. Ruben Contreras was so sweet and friendly. He explained all the differences between the prices and cars. He was super accommodating and helpful as well. In the end he got us a really good deal for the exact car we wanted.

My salesman James Was sensational. He was very friendly, and helpful. I'm new in town so I didn't know what to expect. The whole staff was terrific. I had a very professional and satisfying experience with trading my old car for a new 2018 Sonata. The sales representative, Martin Israel, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire transaction. Tom, Sales Manager, and Malik, Closing Agent, were extremely helpful in obtaining my desired price and we had a very smooth finish to the finalization of the trade. I highly recommend the entire Rick Case Hyundai team to any and all prospective buyers.
