If I could give them zero stars I would. Never been more disrespected in my life! Staff (Meagan) was extremely unprofessional: appearance and service-wise. She was more interested in talking to other coworkers than helping customers (us, as we were standing at the window AFTER our number had been called). When I made a request to see paperwork that was turned in 2 days prior, I was denied. I knew the paperwork was still in the building because we had received a call about it stating that the paper would sit in the building until we came up and took action. When I brought that fact to light I received no response except for the clerk (Meagan) getting up and leaving and going to the back room. We were left at the window for a lengthy amount of time before anyone came back. THANKFULLY, the clerk was accompanied by another individual who actually KNEW the information and answers we were seeking. We took action to fix the problem we had encountered (which would have never happened if the clerk we dealt with 2 days ago ACTUALLY KNEW how to do her job!). While we waited AGAIN, we were treated with excessive attitude from Meagan and heard snide and rude comments from other staff members (Heidi)! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! There are not enough words for me to describe how disrespectful the staff was or how unbelievably terrible this experience was! Get PROFESSIONAL employees. Get EDUCATED employees. Get employees with some COUTH!

I love going to this location. I mean the DMV is the DMV. Nobody wants to go, but I have never had any issues with this place. Staff is always friendly and helpful. If you have a bad experience, it's probably because you went in with a bad attitude, or you didn't have proper paperwork. I highly recommend this location. Quick and as friendly as any location I've ever experienced.

Today was my second visit to this location, both visits were pleasant. I was in and out quickly and was helped by friendly polite people. I highly recommend this location.

Always a positive experience! I went in when they opened at 8:30am on 11/29/17 and waited maybe 1 minute. Total the transaction to renew my tags was around 10 minutes. Robyn was very professional, efficient, and friendly!

I've been here 3 times this year and everything went smooth and easy. Once for a new jet ski, then new 4 wheeler and today for tag renewal. One of the better DMV in st Louis area. Under 15 minutes each time.
