Everyone was nice enough, the wait time not bad, I like the idea of their sign in procedure. But; I went in 10 days ago to pay sales tax on cars, transfer the titles, etc and was told on one car, I needed a couple extra things and she printed a sheet with those items. I went in with what she asked for, but then told my family member who is getting the one car needed to be there to sign paperwork, not me....which is BS as I've transferred other cars to family members without their presence, but it is what it is. What infuriated me; Why didn't she mention that the first time I came! So today will be my (our) third trip to the DMV.

They use an app to tell you your spot in line. I waited in my car because the lobby was disgusting. When the app said it was my turn, I walked to the door. They locked the door 5 minutes early. Knocked on the door and waited for 15 minutes for someone to let me in showing the text from the app through the window. They just ignored me, that’s fantastic considering this was the only day I could renew my drivers license. Bummer you have to rely on cut rate employees of these establishments in order to renew such an important article such as a drivers license.

Latoya was super nice, professional, thoughtful and considerate. She got all my stuff taken care of in a timely manner. I hate the DMV, but Latoya was cool af.

The idea of texting etc is good in theory only. When I signed in it said I had 3 people in front of me with an approximate 23 minute wait. 20 minutes later I get a text saying there are 3 people in front of me and approximate 33 minute wait. I would have left for a while if the original information was correct. And the seating here is terrible.

Went to this DMV to simply get plates. We waited over 2 hours to just go up to the counter and as soon as I laid my paperwork down, the woman was rude and refused to help us. There was nothing wrong on our end, she just simply refused. Will never go here again. Went to a different DMV and had no issues at all. Do NOT recommend going here
