I love this place. the office management is great, especially Jimmy he always goes above and beyond for his customers. The park is spacious and with a nice bayou in the back. they have concrete pads which is another plus. The cable and wifi they provide complementary is fast and good.

If you deal with the office and not Jimmy expect the worst experience here... lost packages, packages just show after asking for them for 4 weeks and telling them tracking numbers and USPS says it here and been signed for....

Jimmy does the best for his customers and goes above and beyond!

Absolutly terrible extorted money from me during hurricane Harvey charged me more money for giving shelter to flood evacuees and threaten me with law enforcement if I was found giving shelter to family or the needy without paying

I stayed at the motel for alittle while then eventually moved to the rv park next door. Very pleasent and quiet experience. And for the motel it was very good aswell , they provided basic cable and internet aswell

Nice enough park for your money. I dropped a star off because there's quite a bit of standing water when it rains hard, but otherwise is very clean and quiet. A lot of long timers. Easy to back in your spot. Would stay again.
