Just went in there to get my pups vaccinations updated. The lady over the phone was nice which is why I chose this place, but once I got there, the woman at the front desk was horribly rude and unwelcoming. Then before I even went in, they told me it was going to be almost $250 just for updated vaccinations. They told me that that was normal and I wouldn't be able to go anywhere else without paying that much which is so NOT TRUE! Called Katy Trail which is just down the road and they were able to get us in for $100 total for all the same shots! Don't go here!!!!!

I drive in from Arlington to bring my cats here so that should be testimony enough. All of the vets and staff here are wonderful. When my cat had a health issue Dr. Henry called me herself and discussed options with me and helped me reach a decision. Then after the cat had had her surgery they called to make sure she was doing well. I've been bringing my cats here since 2010 or so and I love it. The cats, not so much.

I had to put my schnauzer down and the staff here was so friendly and kind. They worked with me on the arrangements and made the whole experience very comfortable for us. I would definitely recommend this Vet.

This was many years ago, but I've never gotten over it. My precious Cocker Spaniel, Sidney, who was perfectly healthy died as the direct result of this vet's poor attention & treatment & negligence. There was a breakout of the parvo infection. He was at the groomer, where a dog had symptoms, so my groomer called me to pick him up. I took him straight to HP Animal Hosp. The vet said he couldn't vaccinate him the day of exposure, and told me to bring him back that Friday. I called him to see if Thursday would be ok rather than Friday and he said it was fine. I took Sidney back home after his shot and went to work. When I came home after work he was dying. I rushed to the vet but he died in the car. BOTH VETS AT THAT CLINIC (I think their names were Hopkins and Harrelson or something) INSISTED IT WAS A COINCIDENCE THAT HE HAD THE SHOT A DAY EARLIER THAN THEY HAD ORIGINALLY SAID & THEY WERE "CONFIDENT" THE PARVO VACCINE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS DEATH. Not only have I had to live with Sidney's unexplained death and the horror it brought me over the years, but with the guilt of taking him in a day earlier, because I TRUSTED the vets.I've posed these circumstances over the years to at least half a dozen vets, all of whom are sure it was no "coincidence." I hope this helps you decide what's best for your adoring pet. I wish I had a do-over. Still heartsick over my Sidney
