Dr. Jones and his entire team are true gems. They understand the art of customer service and taking care of their patients. Their prices are reasonable and the concierge service definitely sets them apart. They take insurance as well as have a plan to help those who don't. Loyal client for sure!

My family has been going to Highland Park Dental for over 7 years and I highly recommend them.  Each dentist in the practice truly has a passion for exceptional dentistry and customer service.  I have one in my family who is not fond of going to the dentist and they have gone our of their way to ease his anxieties and to ensure pain free experiences!

I've been coming here for years. I see Dr. Jones who is very personable and talented. The hygienists they staff have done a very good job, and the front office staff have always been courteous and helpful. Great Place!

The complimentary lunch and drinks are the highlight of this office. The front office staff is completely incompetent and their office manager can be conniving when it comes to explaining insurance coverage and benefits.

Dr. Harrington is fantastic with children.  The staff is very friendly and they offer lots of nice services - free Starbucks coffee while you wait, other concierge services.  However, if you need to watch your finances, be warned that their accounting office is unorganized at best and fraudulent at worst.  Get quotes and pre-determination in writing before committing to treatment.  The cost their business manager estimated I would have out-of-pocket after insurance was only 40% of the cost that I ended up being charged.  I had to pay more than double their original quote.  I realize that navigating the complexities of insurance is not easy, but that is the business manager's job.  Not being able to provide estimates within +/- 15% should be unacceptable.  The runaround played between their accounting office and my insurance company cost me a very unwelcome financial hit at the end of the year.
