Today I saw Sara Wilhite for a root canal. This is the second root canal I've had. The first with a different dentist and was the worst experience of my life. I was terrified to say the least. They not only went out of their way to make sure I was okay, explained everything they were doing but also allowed my husband to come in and sit at my feet to help comfort me. I can't even put to words the difference between my first one and this one with her. I HIGHLY recommended her and if I ever need a root canal again will without a doubt return to her. Thank you Sara for your amazing bed side manner and taking such great care of me!

This place is somewhere you go to have your teeth drilled.  Not exactly your first choice for a hangout.  Yet,  if given the choice i wouldn't be angry about having to go back.  Dr. Kong has to be hands down one of the best humans on earth.  I feel like it's apparent his staff loves him in a way where they can't stand how nice he is some days, but truly I have nothing negative to say.  It's a clean, warm and even dare i say inviting office.  Dr. Kong hadn't seen me in a year, and yet as im sure he does with all his patients- acted as if it had just been yesterday when we last saw one another.  He is professional, and courteous, and most of all he is good at what he does.  He understands patient concerns and fears, you never hear judgement or condescending tones, you don't hear the mundane tone of "yeah yeah that's what they all say let's get on with it" as some dentist do, even though i heard the last 3 patients (myself included) say the exact same thing.  He makes you feel comfortable,  his staff is kind and catering-  they all just CARE! So, here i am, 2am, after a duplicate root canal, writing a review on my endodotist, because truly, him and his staff deserve to be recognized for the above and beyond care and service they provide to patients.  it's outstanding, appreciated and truly remarkable.
