I typically stay at a Marriott since my work covers the expense, but I wanted to see the place since it is such a low rate plus free parking. I stayed for 1 night. I was told it was a smoke free facility (I specifically asked since I was afraid I might be given a smoking room as I saw mentioned in one other review). The room was good size with two beds. Beds we're on the firm side which is actually how I like it. It was clean. There was also a small item selection for breakfast which was a nice bonus since I wasn't expecting anything. All in all I would be willing to take my family here when travelling on my own expense. Marriott is nicer but 3 times more expensive (literally especially after taxes and parking are factored in).

Great location, 5min walk from Clarendon, 20min by metrorail from Washington DC. For the price it's a really good deal. My room was clean and quiet, I can't complain about anything. Breakfast items selection was decent, I'd be happier with some real milk/half & half than coffee creamers, but apart from that everything was fine.

The room was decent size, comfy bed, room slightly dated but clean. Biggest issue was the muffled noises of people above me. Even with a TV on it was enough to wake me a few times. The front desk staff were not exactly welcoming but also not out right unpleasant. Wifi was excellent but my room lacked a microwave as the booking site claimed it had. Being a business Traveller I use a microwave and fridge lot. I would probably stay again.

Inexpensive motel with included parking attracted me but left me desiring more. The motel is located very close to lots of great restaurants, the complimentary breakfast was very small (fruit, muffins, coffee), the room was clean, but the door had trouble latching. I had to pull or push it very hard to get it to latch and when I came back for my second night stay the door was not latched or locked. The cleaner probably couldn't latch it, as I found it difficult. Luckily nothing of mine was missing, but that could be concerning. I would recommend, but only for those seeking a minimalist hotel experience with a meager budget.
