I stay in holiday inn hotels at least two weeks a month. This holiday inn is in need of upgrades and check ups. Good staff, but the hotel itself is pretty aged compared to nearby competitors. My room had power and plumbing issues, and seemed more like a motel 6 in overall quality than a Holiday Inn. Good location, close to transit and again - friendly accommodating staff.

Worst hotel experience ever.
No breakfast
No heater!!!! It's almost winter!!! How come heaters are not working??
Worn out furnishing
No free water
Water from the faucet stinks
So much highway noise
Carpet smells like dogs

I stayed here overnight three nights for a work orientation. It's in a walkable location in downtown Arlington, VA and a 10-15 minute drive to Washington Reagan Airport. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional; the hotel restaurant was delicious; and the housekeeping service was superb.
