This Westin location met all of our needs for a weekend stay. We were in DC both for business and leisure, and it suited our needs. The staff were not particularly accommodating or engaging - many of the desk staff seemed rather listless - but everyone was respectful, efficient, and professional. We had no issues checking in, checking out, or getting duplicate keys. Our Double room was impeccably clean and equipped with a fridge and very large television. The bed held two adult women without much space to spare. Overall, a satisfactory experience - we'd certainly return for our next conference weekend.

I did enjoy my stay here until they charged me $100 with out notice. The deposit was paid back and then they charged us without notice or reason. We called up to ask why but never got an answers. We complained to our bank and they lied to make sure the bank would not refund us. Will never stay at a Western hotel every again.

Original review, Great stay, soft beds and helpful staff. The room we stayed in was a little old with terrible lighting. Over all a good hotel.

The hotel is nice, the price for the weekend and the location is excellent! Check in and check out was easy and quick. Even though we didn't get a chance to use the pool and weight room it was there at our disposal. The only negative I have for this hotel is that parking is $30 over night. Personally, I feel shouldn't have to that much for parking but other than that. 4.5 for me. Fyi they have a Starbucks inside the hotel for all my coffee heads

Very comfy rooms, good service. Joanne at the front desk helped me recieve some items i had left in my room a week prior. I have had over two years experience working at the Ritz Carlton in Colorado. I'd say this hotel matches that experience.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and the bread was firm. I did ask for extra towels and extra pillows which they confirmed when I checked in, but we're not in the room.
