Highlands Self Storage deserves more than 5 stars! They are courteous, helpful and actually will save you money. They were extremely helpful in suggesting we down- size our unit after we removed some of the boxes. They could have left us in the bigger unit for more $$$ but they suggested the downsize. The units are spotless, safe and easy to access. I will definitely be a return customer when storage needs arise.

I have been a client of Highlands Self storage for a few years and can say without hesitation it is the best maintained, clean and professional facility that I have personally dealt with. The staff is friendly and professional and the owners are always available to answer my questions or just for a warm greeting. My experience at Highlands Self Storage could not be better.

Highlands Self Storage is the only place to store. They were there for me during this difficult time in my life and made moving and storing such an easy transition. I have never experienced a business with so much professionalism and compassion.

Clean and safe facility. I just moved the last of my boxes in from my old storage unit place. Staff is super friendly.

It looks as though I deleted my original post from yesterday by accident but thought it should be here to make my 2nd make sense . My complaint was I thought the owner was getting greedy because of the amount of parking that is rented out in the back and makes for swinging a truck with trailer and also difficult for parking unless you park in front of someone else is unit. 1/31/18 Post I really can't believe this and am so angry that I even have to write a negative review in the first place but 2 in 2 days. But I received an email last night that my late charge fee is going up after the 5th of the month, so normally I would pay $10 and now I'm going to pay $39, I don't get many late charges but there are times when I have to pay on the 7th or 8th of the month. This is outrageous and I will be looking for another place to store from now on and I would recommend others to do the same. Greedy was not the right wording in my post but "avaricious" is. 2/1/18 Post
