Very disappointed in the care my mother is getting. Her room is very cold and they say they can't turn the heat up. She was admitted Thanksgiving day but couldn't get a Turkey dinner even though it was on the daily menu. The adult diapers they have are a one size fits all, which means anyone over 190lbs is going to have to lay there without it being fastened together. They treat her like she's a little old lady who doesn't know what she's talking about. Yet she is smart and sharp as can be. My dad volunteered at high line for twenty years, and at one time we felt the care was very good. But since it was taken over by Fransiscan it is not an impressive facility at all. Mom deserves better.

amazingly caring staff, was scared to be in here for my first surgery and first overnight stay, but I never felt like I was below anyone else. always felt like I was a king

i came here to get the pain in my stomach checked out and all that happened was an iv and an ultrasound (i was there 11 am- the evening). the nurse that did my iv was nice but didn’t know what she was doing, my arm was numb and bruised and i couldn’t move it the whole day i was there. the nurse who was doing my ultrasound attempted it twice and also didn’t know what she was doing. she told me “i don’t know how to do this, i give up” when earlier she told us she was the best ultrasound person they had. we got charged 4,000 dollars (after insurance) just to have those two things done. don’t ever come to this hospital unless you’re LITERALLY DYING and have no other options.

They owe me $5000.00 for contracted nurses that my company had sent them. I paid my nurses, they never paid me, and never responded to phone calls. The financial officer was never in when I visited. We have since terminated our relationship. Prior to that, they always paid late, often by several months. I hope they have fixed their financial problems by now, and hopefully they can pay their bills and their staff.

My 4yr broken arm took child to ER the whole staff was great and understanding with my child. Facility was clean and pretty well ran
