Regional has many great resources to offer. They have access to the skill and equipment that those in severe respiratory distress need. Their professionalism is impressive and it is obvious that they care about their patients and make a great effort. The facility is well appointed and clean. They have a good nurse to patient ratio and response time is usually pretty good.

My mother was in Regional for the better part of 5 months (post heart valve replacement surgery) At the 19th week after months of fighting constant set-backs (pneumonia, respiratory failings, etc.) she decided that "enough-was-enough" and asked to be taken off support. The wonderful Nurse Dorothy (who shares the same name as my mom) was so gentle, caring and informative of what the next steps would be. They first gave her a "cocktail" of Fentanyl/Lorazapam. When she was peacefully at ease and sleeping, the respiratory nurse came in and slowly (over an hour) weaned her off the ventilator. At this point mom was breathing on her own (although erratically) another specialist came in a few hours later and "turned off" her pace maker. It was only another 30 minutes before she took her last breath, with my father, brother and I at her side. During the entire five hour period, Dorothy, her intern, and a few different Dr's came to her room to make sure we (and our mom) was comfortable. I cannot tell you how important this means to our family, it was with love and deep respect for their patient (family as well) that the staff wanted our mothers departure to be humane, pain-free and dignified. We were blessed to have such a beautiful, caring mother but even more blessed due to the staff at Regional. Lave/Peace Eric Miller

게을러터진 직원들, 최악의 서비스, 나도 아파 죽겠는데 다른환자 진료먼저하고 진단서받으려고 3시간이나 기다렸다. 이 병원 망했으면좋겠다
