Dr. Chao was dishonest and charged us for an office visit in addition to a check up that was covered under our preventive care. We informed the doctor of our child's medical history and that she is being seen by a separate specialist (that we pay out of pocket for) and that her condition is well managed.  We receive a bill for $300 because "the physician addressed questions and concerns for a pre-existing condition..." Our previous pediatricians in Oregon (where we moved from) NEVER once did this.

When we were waiting at the lab, the technician had us sit there for an hour while she waited for a colleague to return from lunch to help her with a blood draw. Someone saw us still sitting there 90 mins after our appointment and asked another person to assist instead.

Lastly, I returned paperwork for online access (following the instructions on the website), and to this day, 2 months later, I still do not have access to my online medical records.

All of it was a terrible experience that is still leaving me seething.

Efficient, organized, and human. I appreciate everyone I've interacted with at their pharmacy. The primary care is sometimes efficient to a fault (they'll look at their computers more than you), but the notes and records keep all parties in the know.

I really enjoyed my visit here I have 4 kids and I know they are going to love it here the staff are super friendly and truly care.

I have had nothing but good experiences at group health in burien. From doctors to the lab to the pharmacy I have been impressed all the way around
