Dave and Carol were strict, and they kept the place extremely clean. The new owners allow just about anything. Dirty and messy pads, loose dogs, loud music, and people are allowed to use their sites as an auto mechanic shop. Not good. It was never like this before. Is that why there are soooooooooooo many empty spots?

Have no idea why anyone would complain about this place. Clean and well kept. Common sense rules without making you feel as if you are in a correctional institute afraid to relax and enjoy your stay here.

Very well kept RV resort. There are spots with views of a lake and others with views of a creek. Every spot has a small patch of grass and a tree that are both trimmed regularly. This resort is a bit more pricey than others in the area, but much nicer than those that are essentially a parking lot with just a small patch of grass.

I have no idea why anyone would give this rv resort anything but a 5-Star Review. My husband and I have family in Katy, so we are usually at this resort every year during the winter holiday season. We have enjoyed our time here and utilized many of the clean facilities. The resort is gated with security code & remote access. They have a gym, laundry facility, pool & spa as well as a lake with golf carts and a dog washing station. The grounds are meticulously kept. It's a very relaxing, quiet and peaceful place to stay. The staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful.

My daughter and i stayed there this past weekend. Quiet, relaxing and extremely clean facility inside and out. Wisj we had more time to stay. We will be back very soon. Highly recommend this resort.
