If you need to store some junk in Las Cruces, this is the place. Super competitive rates, incredibly fast rental process, clean and secure facility. Would definitely use services again.

If you are looking for storage space and GREAT customer service, look no further! Recently our local Realtors Association did a clothing drive and we needed a space to store the clothing while we collected it for the entire month of May. With the help of a friend, I got in touch with Nicole Mitchell with Las Cruces Self Storage who went above and beyond to help us find a solution and donated the use of a unit. I went in to the Highway 70 Self Storage and met the delightful, caring, and super helpful Julie. With the help of Las Cruces Self Storage LCAR was able to donate 5 car loads of clothing, shoes, belts, & accessories to the Community of Hope! Thank you again for your amazing support and help with this project Nicole, Julie and Las Cruces Self Storage!!

Extremely dangerous sliding door upon entrance it kept closing almost hit my truck THEY NEED TO INSTALL A SENSOR BEFORE THEY GET A LAWSUIT AND THERE IS NO WARNING POSTED!

The facility is clean, secure and well planned.  However, the Leasing Company that operates it has what I consider to be unethical, certainly not customer-centered billing and communication practices.  Twice in the 4 years we've rented storage space we've paid our invoiced amount in a timely manner only to be told after the payment was made that the rent had increased so we owed x dollars more.  This last time it was only $4.00 but when the amount billed is paid, charging more should not be an option.  I wrote the company a letter expressing my concerns and asking for a refund or credit for the extra I had paid, but after 22 days the company hasn't had the courtesy to respond to me.  Nice facility but watch out for their unannounced price increases and indifference to your concerns.
