We had 4 storage units rented 3of them were the largest we could rent that's $400 a month. The owners went out of town and we couldn't get them by phone to pay by phone like we have always done before the late fees were added. My mother drove to carlsbad from Santa Fe just to avoid $30 per unit late fee We put a check in the drop box that was printed on our contract on the last day we had before late fees were suppose to be added- with a note saying that we would be late on one of the units and noted which unit we would be late on. To avoid having a late fee on the other 3 storage units but we were charged $30 each extra anyways and they had locked all the units even the ones that had been paid. It didn't state any where in the contract that they had to be paid all together as one. Not to mention the hatful rude attitude the woman had towards my 78 year old mother- not cool. The man that runs the place has always been polite and very helpful... but that was the first and hopefully last time we have to deal with that hateful thing.

Please call for competitive rates. We rent at all hours and would like to show you a unit TODAY (or night). HOME of the $40 unit. Ask for first month discounts and yearly rates paid in advance as well.
