Parkour, Jiu Jitsu, MMA, and Fitness for kids and adults! Family based environment! Indoor and outdoor facilities. Real ninja training. It's awesome!

Higinbotham Martial Arts is now HIGS GYM, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Parkour, MMA and Fitness facility operating on the unique setting of a farm. Kids and Adult classes offered!

They offer great classes in a low ego environment focusing on personal fitness goals. Great coaches, super members and an awesome place to learn new skills or sharpen those you already have.
