Some people don’t need or want a personal trainer to help them achieve and maintain their fitness goals—but I do!! I’ve worked at Pride Fitness with Ryan for over 4 years. The results allow me to continue and to excel at the sports activities I’ve done all my life. Ryan is a professional. He never gives up—he works hard with each client to make each session the best it can be. Thank you Ryan!

I loved working out here with Ryan in the off season. I play collegiate football and basketball and improved immensely in 3 months to improve my overall strength and athleticism. His workout plans were always challenging whether it was for stability, strength or power training. I would recommend Ryan to anyone!

I love how Ryan uses body weight training. I get so. I have more out of my workout I. A shorter amount of time. I am feeling such a difference in my strength and in my daily activities.

Ryan built me a program that changed my life. He taught me what pain was okay to work through and what pain to listen to. He knew when to push me and when to immediatly tweak my program to avoid injury. My cholesterol is down, I am stronger and more agile, my muscle mass increased! I’m 60, and I feel like he has helped me recalibrate for the next 39 years!

I'm a 53 yr old woman, and I've been training with Ryan 3x a week for about 3 months so far, and I just wish I would have started with him years ago! Thanks to Ryan, I've seen great progress toward my goals of weight loss, fitness and health, having lost over 23 lbs and 16" so far, while gaining muscle mass and losing body fat. I'm seeing and feeling muscles I never knew I had, and it's so exciting!! Ryan pushes me hard (which I really need), and is understanding of my particular challenges. He's soooo encouraging and even though I sometimes wanna kill him, I keep coming back for more abuse - because IT WORKS! The eating plan Ryan developed for me was a strange concept at first. I've always followed very lo-cal or lo-carb diets, but now I fuel my body - a lot of good food frequently throughout the day. I've come to love weight training and building muscle. It's a minor miracle to someone that's struggled for decades with obesity. Ryan and his other clients are so positive and fun to work with! It was easy to get comfortable going there, which was important to me. Love Ryan's taste in motivating music too! That stuff matters. Bottom line, I'm very impressed all-around with Ryan and his program. I've reprioritized my budget to make this happen, and I tell ya, he's worth every penny. It's changing my life, and I'm loving it!
