My opinion if this place has seriously dropped in the span of a week.

I lived in a second floor apt in one of these buildings for almost 7 years and it was relatively peaceful and trouble free. I moved to a first floor apt in the same building in October of 13 and in one week I found out why the rent was so cheap and why so many people have moved out of this apt.

Since 3/19/14 I've caught and disposed of 11 mice, have found holes in most of my walls as big as 6 inches in height and 3 inches in width. I've found molding, crumbling walls that are brittle to the touch and have been told by the staff that "it's normal" and that it makes no sense to repair. In spite of the fact that I have mice eating through them like they aren't even there.  And now I have water saturating my walls.

MOST of the staff is pleasant and accommodating, however not all. Some are condescending and some seem to want to do as little work as possible. Some will sit and debate with you over why it's pointless to do a job you need done.

HORRIBLE. NIGHTMARE. DISGUSTING. CHEAP. HORRIFIC MAINTENANCE. TWO-FACED OFFICE WORKERS. LIES, OVERPRICED, BILLS---. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO PRIDE IN THEIR COMPLEX AT ALL. THERE'S NOT ONE PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE AFTER 4PM. THE BUILDING STINKS OF ROTTEN FOOD AND GARBAGE. THEY CAME AND REPAIRED MY KITCHEN COUNTER-TOP WITH BATHROOM CAULKING. CARPETS ARE NASTY, REPAIR-MEN ARE A JOKE. ONE ARRIVED TO FIX A LEAK IN MY CEILING AND ASKED "YOU GOT ANY TOOLS?" THE REPAIR MAN! WE MOVED IN AND THEY SUDDENLY ADDED AN IMAGINARY WATER BILL. IT'S SO TERRIBLE. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS!
