Frequent management changes in the past six months. Poor communication regarding these changes and always around the time when rentbis due. Latest change told us that we should "estimate or round up" what we THINK we owe for the month. If we're off, we'll get charged a late fee.

They market their newly renovated apartments but that's not the norm. My apartment is extremely outdated and I am sure that I am paying as much as or more than new renters.

They will refer to lease agreements for everything but will never enforce the rules when it is inconvenient for them. There have been NUMEROUS complaints about people not cleaning up after their dogs but nothing is ever done. They don't enforce either how many dogs you can have or the size of the dogs. 

Parking is awful and again not enforced. People park illegally. People take up more than one spot. Abandoned cars taking up spots.

They charge you (shocking) for valet trash service whether you use it or not. I don't use it because I don't like the front of where I live looking like the projects. Trash everywhere which attracts animals and bugs.

If you happen to have a smoker living in an adjoining apartment you will always smell the smoke in your own apartment. You'd think if they were going to allow smoking then they would have smoking and non-smoking buildings. 

Maintenance workers are the only positive. They are quick to respond, friendly and overall helpful. I don't interact with the rest of the office staff because in the past I have found them to be rude and condescending.

The management doesn't care about your issues at all, they're just there to get as many people crammed in as possible. You can also hear the neighbors below you having a conversation at all times. Don't waste your money here. The other residents are also ignorant and think they own the place. And finally, moved out over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded.

Been here less then 7 months and over 11 matinence calls and still nothing fixed! Water shut down 3 times with no notice, and the staff are just horrible human beings, they want money and nothing else. Do not waste your time or money here, go to Berkley trace, much nicer and more professional. Or go to feasterville to top of the hill on central ave off street road. These people treat you like an animal and don't care if you have water or air conditioning. They were told numerous times to fix the plumbing by professionals and did nothing but let things break over and over again. No animal control, dog droppings all over the grass, kids hit your Mercedes with soccer balls and rather then help they yell at you like an animal! Can't wait to move with my list for my lawyer and destroy these animals! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!

Been here a few years...was a good place to live.  Since under new management it has been horrible. Bills doubled, rude office staff except A, maintenance is understaffed and unable to provide adequate service. The management gives you the runaround and leaves your questions and concerns unanswered and unresolved. Complex just got bought again to Aion-so here we go again. Very inconvenient to the tenant.

I pay 115O for four walls and thats it cause everything in these damn apartments BREAKS even the 2017 updated one that I have I have a new problem everyday . maintenance is a BIG FAT JOKE. Bunch of morons and the ladies in the office are either dumb air heads or giant bitches. no gym no fire pit no grills . the pool is so uptight you can't breathe without getting yelled at . its just stupid i wish I never moved here . plus there is LEGIT no where to park infront of your own house !!!!!
