I just hit a year this month and I have to say I absolutely love it here. I work in the city and take the train to work and its so convenient. The maintenance staff is great and so is the office staff. I'm currently in a one bedroom and its so spacious. If your looking for a beautiful community with great office and maintenance.. Berkeley Trace has it.  I recommend to all my friends and family.

Fantastic community!  Friendly staff.  Maintenance is great.  So relaxing sitting poolside looking at the sparkling pool.   The community is filled with friendly residents.  They allow dogs and cats.  The apartments are really spacious with choices of one bedrooms, one bedrooms with dens or townhomes.  All the windows have been replaced.  It's a Five Star community.  Check it out for yourself!

I love living here.  I have lived here since 2013, the staff is so helpful and the maintenance is great.  I love the new windows they have put in the landscaping is great.  I also love that we can have a dog now.  Our family is very happy here.  I would recommend Berkeley Trace to everyone.

I have lived here for several years, the location is great and my daughter and I feel very safe here.  Our maintenance man has been here for years and has always helped us.  Being single and having to deal with home maintenance can be very hard, that is why we chose to live here where our needs are being met.  Our townhouse just got new windows and we are very pleased.  I recommend living here.

New maintenance is needed. Maintenance left sheet metal on the grass and I hurt myself. The grounds are not safe for kids and the new property manager did not do anything about it. I would not recommend this place at all.
