Purchased an expensive new pump from them and had them install it in my HEATED garage. Left the next day for three months. Returned to find a flooded garage due to poor quality plumbing work on the pipes they installed for the new pump. Called and was told they would "put in a ticket" and call me back. Six hours later - no call. I called them again and spoke with a very rude, unprofessional alleged manager who told me they had a lot of busted pipes they were trying to deal with due to cold weather and implied that is what happened to mine even after I told her it was poor quality work on their part not frozen pipes repeatedly telling her it was in a HEATED garage. She continued with her nasty attitude to the point where I became so angry I hung up.
I wrapped the leaking pipe joint with a heavy tape to slow down the leak and will call a REAL plumber today to fix it. They can expect a bill for this repair and if not paid like the alleged manager said then we will be going to court.
Avoid this company and their nasty manager at all cost.

UP-DATE:  After this post, Hill Plumbing sent a qualified technician (with a great attitude) out who did an excellent job of fixing the problem.

I had toilet problems. The tech Mike Anderson came out and explained how and why the leakage was occurring. And he fixed it quickly. I thought the job was going to be more extensive and cost much more. He did a terrific job. If I have anymore problems I will definitely call Hill.

I was doing a friend a favor to be at her house waiting for a plumber. Original guy was a no show, so she called Hill Plumbing. Next thing I know she texts me - they will be there in 15-20 minutes! I realize we were lucky they could come so quickly. The woman on the phone said maybe this afternoon or even tomorrow, but it still would have been within 24 hours. Bravo! 

David was very personable and extremely polite. I explained the issue and  he got at it. He was very careful not to make a mess. He ended up having to go under the house and get at the clogged pipe from the underside. He ran water through the washer three times to make sure it was going to drain. I just did a load - and no water on the floor!

David also replaced some stems on two faucets in the master bathroom. No more leaking faucets.

All in all I was very pleased with the quick arrival and professional service I received from David with Hill Plumbing. They will be the go to plumber for my friend from now on!!

Reality check. Never seen such an outfit, heard from others after the fact, was too late by then. Tech came out to stop leak. Was told it was inside of wall. Tightened shower head?. After several attempts to get fixed, had to get someone else to come out. Located the leak and problem was solved in 30 min.Best part wasn't charged outrageous price to fix problem.  Nothing to do with  shower head!, by the way my elderly mom is out over $100 for no fix. Word to the wise, be ware!!!!!! Had to give one star to get post up
