I just called to ask if they do trailer inspections and the guy said no, gave me the number to someone else. I thanked him and no response...just hung up on me. I know it's not a huge thing but because of this small thing I will not spend a dime in there on supplies. I'm a first time travel trailer owner and love supporting local businesses (and I live near the place) but I'll travel to Nichols for anything I need. Simple kindness goes a long ways.

I purchased a travel trailer recently from them. Jack at the front desk is great but once I had to deal with the owner, Matt, it all went downhill. The owner is angry, unprofessional and I would not recommend doing business with him. It was a horrible experience. I will never be back.

Hillcrest Rv has a huge selection in the store for purchasing aswell as a repair shop to be able to accommodate any of your repair needs.

Matt sold us an RV trailer that fit our needs at a price far below market value and we couldn't be happier about it. We are on our second year of enjoying it. The entire purchase experience was great and the Service Man who walked us through it did an excellent job showing us it's features. He also answered questions we had about maintenance clearly. We really appreciated they sell their items with everything you need to just hookup and go. Battery, sewer line, even the propane tanks were filled. Excellent people to do business with.
