Staff was AMAZING. We had 3 small dogs with us, which we expected their presence to be a burden to the fellow guests and staff, but EVERYONE looked so happy to have them there. Very friendly, and not in the superficial staff way (I have been a in the service industry before). No, this staff was GENUINELY personable and nice. From the men walking around inside keeping the place clean, to the front desk people, to the bartender, the breakfast host, all were amazing to be around. It is nice to be in an atmosphere where the staff seem to be treated well and/ or genuinely like their job. We will be coming here every time we want a short vacation from our local home :)

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Holiday Inn Binghamton this past August and had an absolutely lovely experience! Jenny, Colleen, and the entire staff were extremely attentive, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire planning process and the evening itself. We had a truly wonderful time and received many compliments from our guests. Thank you for contributing to our perfect wedding day!

The food at the event was really good. The only complaint I have was that it took a little longer than I expected to get a drink at the bar and they kept running out of certain alcohol. I give them the benefit of the doubt because there was 400 plus people and they all were thirsty. Overall it's a good place to have an event and I'll be back!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were quite knowledgeable about the local area when asked. The rooms are not that roomy, but they have enough space for you to spread out a bit and move about freely. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Nice hotel rooms were clean. But because of an event I feel the price was way too high. Then we find out after we got breakfast it's not included in our room. Almost$300 for breakfast and not included? What price is included? They couldn't say. So we paid over $30 for a mediocre breakfast on top of an over priced room
