Story

Welcome to the home of Montrose Campground located in the beautiful Endless Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. This secluded paradise boasts fantastic views and offers endless possibilities for all your camping and vacation needs. Featuring scenic wooded trails and spectacular lake this home away from home is the perfect getaway for all families. For entertainment of all ages, the property includes an inground swimming pool, game room and minature golf course. Horse Shoe Pits. Playground. We have a pond and we have a Camp Store as well as a Pavilion. We have Ice and Propane available at camp. We welcome you to check the rest of our site and look for updates as we are continually expanding.

Our first time camping here with our 'new to us' camper and we had hot water issues. The owner was very helpful and came by to help diagnose the problem. He explained what we were doing wrong and we had hot water in no time! The second time camping here with another 'new to us' camper and we turned on our kitchen faucet to find the sprayer had cracked from improper winterizing. The owner came to our rescue AGAIN with a used sprayer and even installed it for us! The sites are HUGE and each have a nice picnic table and fire ring. The campground is kid-friendly and has a great playground, pool, and even mini-golf. A nice nature trail takes you to a quiet pond for fishing. The store is stocked with necessities and they have plenty of camper specific items as well. This was a very nice, quiet campground off the beaten path but very close to a town that can provide everything that you might possibly forget to take with you. We will definitely be going here again!

We had started to stay for 3 nights we ended up staying for an entire week place is amazing family friendly very accommodating lots of things to do for young children and adults and teenagers for that matter just outside of town only takes about 10 minutes to get to a store plus they have a camp store there that is equipped with pretty much everything that you may need they have a pool a playground a game room hot showers laundry facility a pond for fishing lots of events planned on the weekends

Love this campground! Very family and kid oriented. Nice location and close to town.

This map marker will get you there just fine, but the mailing & street address is actually 403 Pratt, not 304. I've submitted a request for Google to fix this. Great campground, been here a week and love it. Full hookups, decent rates, $0.15 per kwh electric (Oct 2016), Coin laundry on site. Propane filling on site. Campground store has some food and lots of RV parts. Owner does RV technician & camper repair, can order any parts you need and have it in 1-3 days. Fun stuff for kids (playground, arcade, mini golf, holiday activities). Owners are very active around the campground and great people, will help you get setup and find you anything you need.
