Although Eli Torres was instrumental in getting me a good deal on my purchase or actually the financing  of the 2014 Honda Civic, it was not sold to me at the on-line special price of $9,999.00, which I was expecting.  I only discovered what I considered was an error when I got home that evening, after sitting at the dealership for close to four hours. I was requested to sign all the finance papers prior to the input of the purchase details, which was never verbally indicated (except for two references of $10,000.00) and I naively complied.  The Special sale did require the presentation of a copy of the online offer, which indicated a reduction of $2,500.00 off the original amount.  However the details were on the last page  (total of 5 page were printed) in very small print...so I missed out on the deal.  The dealer did not even mention the actual price or the special offer all the time I was there.

I had a great experience with hillside auto mall. I got the car i wanted at a good price. Ask for Eli Torres he is the best. I will recommend all my friends and family to this place. Kazi my finance manager was patient and detailed with the financing, he was awesome too. Thank you Hillside Auto Mall!!!

Danielle was very warm and inviting.  She was very genuine in aiding us in the car buying process.  Cassandra was very knowledgeable and wanted to give us the best deal possible. Milton was also very helpful. I felt that all of them had our best interests at heart. I'm going to recommend friends and family to this establishment and will be returning as a loyal customer in the future. Thank you so much Hillside Auto Mall!!

I purchased my first car here. I didn't think it was possible to finance becuase my credit isn't all that great. But Cassandra made it possible. 
Eli Torres was my salesman and he's amazing. Very professional ,funny, and helpful. He's patient and answered all my questions, even the same exact one asked in 50 different ways. 
I forgot the woman's name, but I had to sign one more paper to finalize everything ,and wasn't able to make it to the dealership in time. So the she came to me ,Which is a good 25 minute drive, so I can sign and be able to pick up my car later on that day. 
I highly recommend this place. :)
