This place haves a lot of nice car. Some good prices with low miles. But please check your car correctly before you buy. Sales guys are cool. They show you around get an idea of what you want and bugget. My sale guy Santana cool guy. I give him 5 stars. All cars haves problems no matter what. Make sure you get done what needs to be done before your warranty runs out.

First let me start by saying I called to confirm that they had the car I wanted and the price was correct, I was informed that they had the car and the price was correct. When I arrived they added all types of fees and things they claimed I didn’t see online, and told me I was getting a great warranty only later to find out when I needed the warranty it didn’t cover everything they told me. Once that is done they want to sit you in front of one of their computers and fill out their review online so people will think this is a good place to buy a car. They never serviced my car I had to buy my own screws for tags because that wasn’t even completed correctly. When I found out my warranty didn’t cover everything they claimed it would they told me I should call one of there friends who could fake out the warranty company and get anything I need fixed. Now when I took the car to dealership I’m told the warranty doesn’t even cover the diagnostic and they never serviced the car.  I wish I would have never wasted my time going to this place. Don’t believe the good reviews it’s staff and customers who are not familiar with computers. They will fill out everything for you on the review so people don’t find out the truth.

Bought a 2015 VW Beetle from Queens Auto Mall. Nick? The Sales Rep? He was amazing!!! Made the process so smooth  and quick. We had an amazing experience here and the prices are good and they make things happen. I would definitely recommend someone here. GO TO NICK!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

Came in to get a car, the salesman was actually pretty good showing us around the cars that we liked and that was in our budget, We found one car that looked like it was perfect, so we sat down to talk about the price which was about $10,900. And this guy added almost $4K for Tax (obviously about $1000) Prep Fee, Transportation Fee, and all kinds of fees that does not make any sense. They want $200 for Plates when I can go to the DMV and get it for $25 Bucks. 

I just walked out, and so Should YOU!

Find an honest Dealer, do not trust these guys!

We went there to get a 2012 Grand Cherokee, ever since we parked outside we were welcomed by JOEL REYES, we had to go the next day, but still worked with him... great service, price A+ as well, the staff inside also worked with out requirements to accommodate us in a way that they were satisfied as well... Deff recommended... Thank You Guys!
