The waiting room was so overheated that it was impossible to stay there for more than five or so minutes, but it was clean and there was plenty of seating.  Nowhere to hang up coats.  There was a small table with books and a toy or two for children.  A couple vending machines back in the waiting room, and if I remember correctly there was complimentary coffee.  Two large screens played local news sponsored by the dealership.

The employees did not seem to be high-pressure at all, though they may have ignored me because I was with someone who was actually there to finalize a purchase of a new vehicle.  Still, it's the first time I've ever been in a dealership without being pounced on by overeager salespeople striving for a sale.

Alas, were not very friendly there, and my friend mentioned that the salesman they dealt with was less than courteous when he realized he couldn't lean on her and when her husband began questioning points of the contract to ensure they understood the details. This evidently put the salesman out and seemed to annoy him.

She still wound up purchasing the vehicle and seems satisfied with the price and contract.  I wouldn't have concluded the deal there but then I'm not particularly fond of car dealerships.  That said, if I do give my business to one, it wouldn't be to a dealership where a salesman got huffy because I wanted all my questions answered before dropping thirty grand on a new car.

Hugo is just awesome! He works with you the whole way through your buying experience. Taking your budget and satisfaction into consideration. To get you the best deal possible. I have never own a Honda before but now I'm in love with my car and met an amazing team. I'd recommend everyone seeking a car to hillside Honda.

Always great service.... everyone is always happy and cool!! I go to change oil or check up on my Honda Civic and the staff is always welcoming... I have always dealt with Henry... he is by far the most customer friendly and takes the time to help me... he is always kind and mannerly.  I recommend anyone to meet and have him take care of you.  My car is up for renewal (lease) soon and I hope they provide me with a super deal!! 😎😎🙂.

Sales executive Darryl Jones, treated me with respect and dignity.  He is an honorable man and his word counts for something.  We negotiated a deal on a Civic Hatchback,  and he stuck to the numbers quoted to me.   

  A heartfelt thank you, to you Darryl, and to the whole staff at Hillside Honda, you guys are the best!

I have leased a car from Hillside Honda for the past 9 years. No haggle, and great people. The sales person this time around  was  Mario Polanco Great salesman, polite, and very professional. Got me a good price and very knowledgeable in the business. The reason I keep coming back to Hillside Honda is that their service department is great,  The most i have waited for the car to be service is maybe 45 minutes and i am out of there.I will aways keep on going back to hillside Honda.
