The one and only good thing about this hotel is that it’s a 7 minutes drive to Foxwoods! I booked the suite room which said jacuzzi fits two adults and there was NO way 2 adults would have fit in there. I never even turned it on. Also one of the staff called me two days before my stay to tell me that there would be NO SHUTTLE! Apparently they don’t run Monday-Thursday. I booked weeks in advance and should have been told earlier than that. Another thing I went down for breakfast at 9:45 am (at check-in the desk told me they are until 10) and there was about 10 pieces of bread, cereal, oatmeal, and milk and juice! That’s it! There was a waffle maker plugged in so I asked if I could make one and she told me I couldn’t because breakfast ends at 10..... awful service!

Very clean. Staff very pleasant. Nice offerings for Continental Breakfast. Close enough to Foxwoods to drive tho they offer a shuttle, but doesn't start til 5pm. New bed pillows would be great!!!!

Me and my wife rented room S269.  We wanted a romantic evening with a Jacuzzi room.  After filling the Jacuzzi there were bugs and hair in the water.  And the Jacuzzi jets weren't working at all, it was basically a tub of hot water.  I drained the Jacuzzi cleaned out all the hair and bugs and refilled it.  The ad says Jacuzzi fits two adults.  It basically is for one full size adult and a midget size adult.  I know my wife put this on her card for our wedding anniversary.  I love her very much.  But after staying here, I can't recommend this for any romantic evening.  Now we have to check out.

Hilltop Inn was very cute! Everyone was very nice, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good (they had waffles!). Only complaint was the plumbing wasn't the best and the rooms could use more outlets near the beds. Otherwise, it was a good stay!
