The hotel itself is gorgeous. But the people working the front desk need to be replaced with more pleasant and accommodatting guest service agents. I came to visit a close friend of mine and was literally scoffed at by the service desk. I asked to valet my bike and they looked at it like i was asking for a free week long stay at their highest grade of  hotel . I didn't feel welcomed there at all . The last thing I'll comment on and then I'm done. Common courtesy extends as a given when someone, especially a guest , acknowledges the lengths the staff must have gone through to store an otherwise different mode of transport  and saying thank you repeatedly as they leave the property, the extension usually would include s.member of the staff at least acknowledging your presence and saying goodbye or thank you..... Crickets. These rude guest service agents blatantly ignored me. It was around 1am when I left so not a soul was in the lobby except me. 

But like I said. The hotel itself  as a building structure inside and out is probably one of the more beautiful hotels in Denver. I recommend going simply for that and not for the customer service, unless you want to be made to feel like you were less than worthy of the hotel . First impressions and lasting impressions are unbelievably important in the make or break of a company that is truly second to none. But remix the front desk. Put people there that will care about every single one of the people that enter and leave . Thanks

I stayed at the this Hotel On Sunday 03.18.18 and Checked out Tuesday 03.20.18 
Very nice Hotel...
Rooms are very nice... I have problem with paying 16 dollars a drink for a jack and coke in the down stairs lounge for a little rocks glass, but sometimes it is what it is staying in the heart of the city.
On Tuesday morning, my room encountered a issue, it lost all hot water... and when its cold 30 degrees outside, that's an issue. 
I called twice to guest services and nobody was able to help.

I ended up headed down and talking to the front desk, and the girl I was talking to was very sweet and professional, and I forget her name.

She got me in touch with the Assistant front Office manager Michael Berlin.

I would to thank Michael for Job well done in taking care of the issue and being very professional and Michael needs to be acknowledged for doing a great job and making things right.

I will come come back to this Hotel and stay again.

My stay was hassle free, relaxing and the room was very clean.  All of the amenities I required were within the hotel and/or walking distance. The hotel staff constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable.  My room was missing the tv remote but it was promptly brought to my room within minutes.  I will definitely come back and stay here again!

Got placed in a great corner suite at a high level floor with a nice view. Staff was beyond courteous and helpful. Hands down one of the best places I've stayed at and it helped make my Denver stay that much more fun.

Very clean and inviting hotel.  I typically come here annually for my companies annual conference.  The service is very efficient and professional.  Great business or personal destination for travellers.
