Very comfortable beds. Extremely convenient location for walking or public transit around the city. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet. I didn't take advantage of the bar or restaurant, but they appeared to be upscale. For what I paid it exceeded expectations.

Good hotel. Stayed for several days. Check-in service was excellent but later in stay the housekeeper didn't show up and it took two calls to get basic service. Club lounge was good but very crowded at times with adults and children. Sometimes noisy. Some rooms in Tower are small with tiny bathrooms. Hotel is in two buildings which can be confusing. Fitness room is great.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Awesome hotel!! Not the highest quality in downtown but it is still very beautiful and VERY CLEAN. They treat you like royalty!!! Staff was excellent, Carly checked us in and was so sweet to accommodate our needs. Every staff member we walked past said hello and made sure we were taken care of. We ordered room service, the girl that delivered it to us was a hoot! IDEAL PLACE to have a large group gathering like a family reunion or even wedding. So many different ballrooms and conference rooms. The place is huge so kids will get out their energy without bothering anybody. BEST PART: so many restaurants in and around the hotel, so the entire time you stay there you don't even have to leave if you don't want to! We had one issue with our bill and they realized it right away. This place is great, worth every penny and we will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay here. We only stayed one night but that's long enough to decide that we'd definitely stay here again The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Checkout time was 12:00! That was a nice surprise.
