I just recently attended a conference overnight. At first glance, an amazing hotel. Beautiful fountain in the entrance, valet parking, duel escalators, expansive lobby with piano. However, I got to my room, which was already dark, and the light on 1 nightstand didn't work. Toothpaste on the wall in bathroom. Dust on every horizontal surface. Tub plug broken. Shower plate to faucet cracked. No wash cloth. No exhaust so gets steamy quick. Onto the evening. Blossom restaurant for drinks. Absolute chaos. They knew we were coming and were totally unprepared. Limited staff made the waiting unbearable. Items left off when ordering food. So, when 4 people are almost finished, the 5th finally gets their meal. Food was fantastic and they kept the drinks flowing, if you ordered it before you were ready for the next. Bed was very comfortable. Next morning, breakfast at Blossom. Almost empty. Waited about 45 minutes for a menu. And it was the lunch menu. Finally get the breakfast menu. 6 people ordered. 2 got buffet, which was sad, 1 didn't get what they wanted and 1 order was completely wrong. Fruit fly in the OJ. Something else in the glass. If you're a smoker be prepared for the walk to front door. Only place designated. I wouldn't choose this place, but I know I'll return next year for this conference. Hopefully they step up their game.

This hotel is in a great location, so close to the N.J Turnpike and Rt. 1. The hotel has a great appearance at first sight with a big fountain and the valet. The parking was very easy, there is a parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Parking is free if you are a HH member, if not it is $10. The lobby is very nice, and very cozy. But the lobby was so cold when we went in December. We had breakfast at the Starbucks in the lobby and it was almost too cold to eat! The check-in people were very friendly, they gave us free water and a granola bar when we checked in. Our room was in good condition. But the shower wasn’t great. I say this because the shower head was like a jet, it wasn’t comfortable to take a shower and the hot water wasn’t very hot. Our beds were so comfortable and the room service brought us up extra blankets so quickly. The rooms are very spacious, you could definitely have multiple people in your rooms. Other than that everything here was great! I would totally recommend this place and will definitely come back here next time we’re in New Brunswick.

Conference hotel. Located close to the NJ turnpike so there is nothing around in walking distance. Lobby is nice but rooms are old fashioned and worn. Restaurant serves only a very few dishes of average quality. Cannot believe that the restaurant was not able to serve sparkling water. Executive lounge has nothing much to offer.

Absolutely amazing. Stacey, Danny, and staff were the best for our company party. They catered to our every need and went above ane beyond our expectations. The food, service, and atmosphere were perfect. I highly recommend this venue and DJ for any function.

We stayed one night, staff was helpful and friendly, gym was an interesting set up, but definitely usable with good equipment. Pool was gorgeous and clean, nice jacuzzi tub. The beds were soft and very comfortable, and the room was clean and updated. Great experience. I only ever stay at Hilton hotels anymore, they are the best
