Great hotel. The front desk people are very friendly. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. Even there parking lot is clean and they have garbage cans on all the corners. Free ice and free coffee all day long - and its pretty good coffee too!

Stayed in one of the smoking rooms. Room 220. It had water stains in the ceiling. The place was dingy. The beds were comfortable and the tv was good. Repairs to items in the room we're not done in a neat manner. The room is okay if you keep your eyes closed. It's good for what it is but it's not somewhere I would stay at repeatedly.

Let me start by saying I really hate giving bad reviews I believe that most places you only hear the bad and not the good. Now with that being said I have never been so insulted in my life. My husband and I travel a lot with his job. We normally stay some where 2 to 3 months at a time. I never made it pass check in at this motel. The gentleman at the front desk didn't speak English well but that doesn't bother me. It was the fact that I would ask a question and he would blow me off almost like he was dismissing me. I ask who owned the motel he said he didn't know. I ask who the manager was he told me he was the front desk manager and that was all I needed to know. We'll I guess they didn't need my money so we are staying somewhere else. Us and 7 other rooms that were traveling for the same job.

Pretty good place, nothing to write home about but nothing to really complain about either. It's clean and comfortable and the price is great. The only complaint and warning that I would have is that there is no mini fridge or anything of the sort so we have no place to put any food or drinks.

Stayed for one night in December. Found a bed bug in the room and reported it to management. They sent a man to the room who collected the bug and presented it to the manager in the lobby. All of this is on video which I tried uploading but could only upload the few pictures I have of the bug on the bed and a screen shot from the video of the guy who brought the bug to the lobby. After talking to the manager I decided to check out immediately. After contacting their headquarters they proceeded to tell me that it being a franchise all issues had to be dealt with by the owner of the location. After talking to the owner several times he said they contacted an exterminator and no bugs were found. I asked for a copy of the report and he refused to say he would let me see even if I drove to their location and was ok woth just seeing it and not obtaining a copy. I also asked for a refund considering I only stayed for a few hours then had to go to another hotel (which I stayed for a week with no issues, of course it was double the price but well worth it). The best the owner said he could do was to give me a 20% refund which is ridiculous. I severely suggest if you must stay at this hotel to check the room and bed/s thoroughly and be cautious to if you have paid for the room and have to leave for any issue other than yours, do not expect a refund and corporate will not assist you at all.
