The check in and check out process was smooth with friendly front desk staff. My room was clean, fresh and the bed was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast at Christopher's was very good. And, valet at both drop off and pick up was prompt, professional, and courteous. Extremely impressed with my overall experience at the Heldrich Hotel.

Room and property were beautiful. Bar/Restaurant brought down this rating. If you're going to serve dinner on Saturday night in the bar, get your act together. Update your drinks menu, at one point after learning you were out of a number of beers, we asked, "Well, what DO you have?" Wait staff was very pleasant and worked their tails off given the challenges of not having stuff in stock. We'll visit again but dine out next time.

The hotel is very nice, clean, great restaurant, bar and the pool/exercise room are a great added plus!! My only concern/complaint was there seemed to be no sound proofing in-between my room and next door. There was way too much loud noise/talking from a very large crowd. I called security 3 times during a span of time which was I believe was 2:30 am when it finally got quiet enough to try and get sleep. Maybe more stars in the future if there isn't this type of problem again. The hotel location is great.

The Heldrich is very elegant and upscale. While I did not see the rooms, the bar that is open for guests was very nice. There was a beerfest going on during my visit and it appeared all the guests were having a lot of fun. I would definitely look to stay there if given the chance.

Visited for a couple a drinks. I didn't stay here in the hotel. It has a very nice atmosphere. This isnt really a social spot to meet people. It's more like a spot if your there in the hotel to have some drinks.
