We stayed for two nights over Easter. Family of four, with three of us having special needs. We had a snafu with one of the beds and front desk communication the first night, but the manager and employee involved went so far above and beyond to remedy the situation that we were astounded. Also this place is CLEAN. I used to be a housekeeper, and I have high standards, and this hotel is immaculate. I have no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely be staying here again. The staff are so extremely friendly and eager to help. It has been an extremely pleasant stay.

We are Hilton Honors members so we try to stay at a Hilton property whenever we can. Since we stay mostly at Hilton's we have a pretty good baseline on the good, bad, and ugly of Hilton properties. I'm not sure why other recent guests have had less than stellar experiences at this hotel recently, but that was not the case with our visit. The property itself was bright and clean and had an very nice on-site restaurant/bar. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable. The only negative we found was that exiting the hotel property onto the main road was very difficult. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indianapolis. This was our second stay at the Hilton Garden in Greenview, and once again we had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked for the brand of a particular type of cracker we had on a cheese and fruit tray during our last stay. The manager not only took a picture of the exact box, but actually made a cheese and cracker plate for us to take up to our room. The room itself was impeccable. Extremely clean, and very comfortable. Everything worked as it should. One new thing during this stay was the newly reopened pool and hot tub. This was a welcome addition to our experience. The only "con" is that they do not offer a free breakfast, although at $10 per person and all you care to eat, it is still a great deal. I would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden in Greenview for individuals and for families. Great staff, great Hotel.

The hotel had a great location right off of 65. The hotel also had an above average dining area. The rooms were also clean and nice.

Clean, well-maintained rooms with excellent customer service! Close proximity to I-65 makes getting to and from Indianapolis very simple. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
