Strong cigarette smoke in the hallway and in our room even though it was a non-smoking room. When we checked in, the clerk forgot to give our drivers license back - when we called early the next morning when we realized it, the clerk was very rude. Very loud during the night. Would not recommend, spend the extra money at a different hotel. No shampoo in the bathrooms, not your typical one night stay.... meant for extended stays. Worst hotel experience I have had in a very long time.

Clean.. heavy doors that slam if let go.. like a blast to the past.. very outdated.. nothing wrong, just not up to date..

not recommended! I didn't want to give it any starts but had to, to be able to post. reserved room for travel for work for a few weeks. after a weekend home I came back to roaches crawling around in sink!! I had to check out that night and wasn't refunded money until following day. they do not clean rooms very well. remote control was greasy, lotion or some other substance on floor. there is a stench of some sort throughout building. people LIVE here. several adults and kids in 1 room. loud, lots of door slamming, and 3rd floor is smoking. Wi-Fi is super slow, don't bother, however you can upgrade for a daily fee. no thank you. fee for towel service, to clean your room, and to use any dishes. needless to say I will not be back nor will I ever stay at one again. this is not the cheap place you want to find and stay at!!

Our room had a kitchenette but we were not told when booking that it would be an extra fee if we wanted to use any of their dishes. The room itself was nice but they don't clean under the beds, we found empty water bottles under them. The free wifi was extremely slow but they have an option to upgrade for a daily fee. I never plan on staying here again.
