Excellent experience. The staff was amazing and made our honeymoon even better. Can’t imagine anything else they could do for us to make it a better experience. Was awesome. I wish every experience was like this! They even sent up a bottle or champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for us.

Jakob (desk attendant) looked sloppy... messy hair, dirty shirt... set wake up call for 6am... they never called (Jakob was supposed to make the arrangement). Woke myself up and came down for breakfast... NOTHING WAS COMPLIMENTARY. Almost accidentally ordered a $11 omelette. Did not affect me, but half of the hotel faces a car dealership parking lot with bright lights on 24/7. Unfortunately my experience was bad because the hotel was brand new and well furnished. Sad!

Have stayed here for business for consecutive full weeks and it's been a great hotel. Cara at the front desk is extremely pleasant and friendly even when she is really busy, and same can be said for Anne who is a great restaurant host in the mornings during breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good customer service all around.

Clean and has comfortable beds. Gas station is nearby, some food places as well. Airport is around 10min so great for early flights. There’s another HGI by the airport but it ends up being about the same time. If that’s totally booked, this location is equivalent.

The front desk and the service are extremely friendly and the hotel overall is gorgeous and very cozy. The rooms are average and simple but are very clean and the breakfast bar is an amazing asset. There's plenty of food to choose from the buffet and you can order a gourmet breakfast right to your table for $11 per adult per room. Its also a 2 minute drive from an outlet mall which is another plus. Since there are many other hotels around,  you may wanna search to get the best price cuz the rates aren't exactly cheap but not unreasonable.
