The workers were so helpful and kind when we checked in for a little 2 day vacation. It was perfectly put where someone who likes to shop can go. The pool was heated so you didn't have to wait to warm up you could just jump in! I personally love watching planes fly in and this hotel is so close by the watching spot it is just amazing.

My stay at the Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport was awesome. The majority of the staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are great. Nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was delicious.

We always stay at a Hyatt Place when we travel because we like the room setup and the convenience they provide.  

In saying that, we were slightly disappointed in this hotel room.  The sheets were a bit dingy, the roof had peeling paint chips that feel on us during the night and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been.   Maybe they are going thru some renovations, but this is the first time we have experienced a room that didn’t exceed our expectations. 

The front desk staff was phenomenal and very friendly and check in went smoothly.

Very clean, nice rooms. Breakfast was better than what you usually get at a hotel. Staff was very friendly. Only negative was the indoor pool area, which was in need of updating.

Pittsburgh a nice place to visit. We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Wife and I went to take her two and a half year old daughter to see snowfall she had fun.
