Great staff. Nice clean rooms. Close to Robinson Mall and about 6 miles from the city of Pittsburgh. You need a vehicle when staying here unless your just using the free shuttle to the airport. Area is not pedestrian friendly. There are no sidewalks and it's very hilly.

Just checked in for a short stay and I honestly wish I we're staying longer. Room was super clean, near the mall and Walmart and fast food restaurants. Front desk was pleasant enough, nothing to write home about the the rooms were greag and that is most important as I usually don't interact with the front desk except to check in/out. . Definitely impressed, especially with the cost of the room. Pet friendly as well!

Great extended stay/apartment style hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Pool and exercise area clean and neat. Very happy staying here, and highly recommend this place.

My wife & I booked a reservation for 3 nights as a vacation. We had stayed here once before & had a great experience. Soon after checking in we found 2 bed bugs in our room. We decided to leave immediately since we didn't want to risk getting the bugs in our luggage. The gentleman at the front desk reassured me that a manager would call me tomorrow immediately the next morning to help me get reimbursed for our stay. I even confirmed my correct phone # with the front desk worker. Well, tomorrow came & went without management following up with me. Horrible service! I would think bed bugs in a room deserves follow up from management! I would never stay here again.
