I found this hotel very expensive. We paid $260 for a room off season. Parking was an extra $12 a day and breakfast an extra $10. The breakfast was in fact well worth the $10. They had omelets, fresh fruit and a nice selection of food. The rooms were a good size, with a nice study desk, fridge, microwave and comfortable beds. The showers were nice but of the old fashioned variety which are over the bath tub. The air conditioning unit was super noisy and did wake me up at night. The service was good and the location is excellent. You can walk to Ybor where there is a wonderful array of restaurants including the awesome Colombia which I would recommend.  I would not stay here again unless I was not picking up the tab.

I have absolutely no complaints about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Each room came with a microwave and a refrigerator (which should be standard for all hotels but for some reason is not). I didn't not get to swim in the pool but the outside seating area was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Highly recommend staying here. Restaurants and entertainment are all within a short walking distance from the hotel.

Hampton Inn is a great value. Uniform throughout the country and great bedding. Always a great stay. Always excellent service. Always. And I love the breakfast.

Nice, clean hotel with a friendly staff. Not a single complaint. They have a nice outside lounge area and a pool and hot tub on the other side. Inside the lobby there is a dining area along with a lounge and small bar.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven.  com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

The hotel is conveniently located in historic Ybor.  The rooms were clean and nicely decorated.  The staff was very friendly and helpful.  My daughter was getting married in the Columbia restaurant and this hotel went above and beyond to make this a special weekend.  The suite was a perfect size for makeup and hair for the bride, 3 bride maids and me.  The room was cleaned before she returned in the late afternoon after the wedding.  On Sunday, we all enjoyed brunch with table service.  I'd go back just to eat breakfast again, it was well worth the $10 charge.
