From the minute you walk into the lobby you will realize that there has to be a better hotel to stay at. The front desk service was awful. I waited 10 minutes while the lady was on her cell phone. I arrived at the room and it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Then waited another 10 minutes to find another room. The hand towels in the next room were still filthy. The heat didn't work very good as well. The morning came and I turned the shower on to find that the hot water did not work. I went to the front desk and was told I would not receive credit because I already stayed the night there. It was not until a manager came when I received a discount. Needless to say the overall experience of this hotel was atrocious. I would highly recommend reaching out and looking for a different hotel in the area to stay at. Do not let the rates of this hotel suck you in to an unpleasant stay. Definitely don't bring your family to this place.

Do not waist your money at this dump. No hot water for shower. Only last for 5 minuets if that. It’s cold and the heat doesn’t work. Called to see if I could get maintenance to look at it and they tell me that most of the rooms don’t have heat. Also no WiFi. Microwave doesn’t work. The list goes on. Do not be fooled by how pretty the lobby looks.

This place was in a very gross and sketchy area. There was a broken down/dilapidated steak house right next to this hotel. I didn't even make it to my room before I turned around and checked right back out. I felt extremely uncomfortable on the walk to my room which was in another building quite far away from the lobby. I saw a very sketchy group of people just hanging outside near my room and cars with the windows busted out. I was alone and had my personal items in plain view. I had to leave immediately.

Wifi was only available in the lobby. Some of their buildings are quite a distance away from the lobby and in a sketchy area that is pretty vacant and I was in the furthest building (800). The TV wasn't clear either and there were several spider webs in my room. Lastly, they do offer the airport shuttle but only from 630-8pm and I unfortunately had a fight departing at 6am. I will say the bed was comfortable and the shower water was hot. They advertised all these perks on their website that had me thinking it'd be a decent 1 night stay only for me to realize it'd be best to get to the airport ASAP where I would honestly feel safer. Learned that I need to do further research and even make a few calls before deciding on hotels as well as take past reviews more serious. I was optimistic in thinking "it can't be that bad."

The ice machine in our building didn't work. 2 small pillows per bed. The toilet seat was not screwed in to the bowl, it was sliding side to side. Fridge would not cool our drinks, temp problem. Our room telephone didn't work. We saw 2 water bugs while here our first night. The first bug was in the hair dryer, second showed shortly after. The water stayed warm for MAYBE 6 mins and drained VERY slowly. 2 towels and 1 face cloth were in the room. 1 towel was stained yellow. Our room keys didn't work our second day here, had to go up to the office to get new ones. All in all, very disappointed for $89/night.
