A very dynamic environment where everyone is friendly and the instructors work with all guests as much as possible. The food is top notch and the best I've ever had. The atmosphere sets up EVERYONE for success during and after the stay!!  Strongly recommend it to all that are interested.

Still the best!!  I have gone to Hilton Head Health yearly for the past six years.  I went for a week in 2010 with the intention of getting a kick start on weight loss.  I lost 3 pounds that week and continued following the program I went home with until I lost the 30 pounds I needed to.  The best part of my story is that I have spent time there each year to restore and renew my healthy journey.  I have kept the weight off and am now a gym rat thanks to the thoughtful and inspiring staff at HH3.  Karla has kept the food interesting as well as healthy.  I purchased the cookbook on my last stay and have made several of the recipes - yummy!

What a disappointment. It was such a wonderful place in the past, but they fired all the good instructors and use unpaid interns to lead the classes. The food used to be wonderful, and is now ordinary. Even though they were only 1/3 full, they could not accommodate me arriving on a day other than Sunday or Wednesday. What can you expect from a place run by the owner's girlfriend whose prior experience was tending bar.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional. After a very stressful week at the office my spa treatment left me relaxed and ready for a great weekend. I highly recommend the Indigo Spa.

Education.  Motivation.  Inspiration.  A chance to try every type of exercise imaginable from zumba to weights to Pilates.  An expert staff who cares deeply about my personal challenges and growth.  The food was incredibly healthy and tasty.  I lost 4 pounds the first week and never went hungry.  Every day I ate 3 healthy meals plus two snacks.  I did all three types of exercise: flexibility, strength and cardio along with two lectures.  One was educational and the other was motivational.  And I don't mean "rah-rah" - I mean I learned why I wasn't taking care of myself and some repair and coping strategies for the "stuff" that was getting in my way.  These folks are pros.  I first went there 28 years ago and now I'll go back every year.
