All staff here are very courteous. The breakfast buffet is good. Having both indoor and outdoor pools is really nice. You can't get much closer to the beach. Parking can get busy depending on what type of event is being hosted here. The area is great for running, walking, cycling.

The hotel is just lovely.  The reception area is vast and tastefully decorated.  They are revamping the rooms so that is a good step in the right direction.  I stayed last week and we had a nice view of the beach.  The room was very large, even with 2 queen beds.  Our only issue is the vent in the shower and the fact it seemed to run all the time.  Very concerning in the shower and oh very irritating after after a while listening to it drone on and on.

The staff was super great and very helpful!!!!  The restaurant was beautiful and served great food.  The breakfast area is nicely done as well and the food was pretty good there too.

Over all a great experience and I look forward to going back.  This time I will use the heated pool ;)

Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa is not only beautiful but the staff there is delightful!! Especially Dawn and her staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. My dream wedding wouldn’t have happened without you. Dawn was professional, energetic a blast to work with, and her communication skills was exceptional (not one email went unanswered).   From the very beginning of planning to the very end, Dawn was there helping and giving great advice. The Food was amazing and the quality was impeccable.

We stayed two nights at this resort while our daughter competed in a gymnastics meet being held there. Our stay was very pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quite. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. We look forward to returning next year.

It was the worst Marriott experience I have had. I understand they experienced storm damage not too long ago but.... the room and halls smelled musty. The doors slam shut loudly and was annoying. The heat was not working in the bar/ lobby. I am assuming that is a temporary problem. The shower had peeling paint and the drywall was cracking. I do not see another stay in my future
