Very good food. Quiet place to eat. Great for dining, or if you can hit the buffet it's all you can eat, and the food is quality. Prices are great! I am very much into healthy eating and there are plenty of options here for clean eating.

Hard to find good exotic food here in Utah.
Himalayan Kitchen has become our go-to for something different. Very interesting flavors and dishes. 
They have an all U can eat buffet for lunch, about $10. Pretty broad selection. Some dishes are mild and some have a little more kick.
Buffet is a great way to sample everything. 
Staff is always friendly and atmosphere is nice and clean. We've been here many times and we'll be back!

If it was just food it would hands down be 5 stars. The best Indian food we've ever had. However, the service seriously lacked.  After we received our appetizer we didn't see our server until he picked up the check. My mom filled our water glasses,  we never received dinner plates (just appetizer plates), and we waited far too long for the check and to go boxes which was finally taken care of by someone else. The atmosphere was nice although half way through it felt like everyone was rushing around with their heads cut off. I recommend finding ways to take care of all customers in a calm but efficient manner without literally running.

They were understaffed.  Tons of empty tables but it took almost 10 minutes to be seated.  Our waitress had way to many tables to serve.   The menu had vegetarian, vegan and gluten free markings but 1/3 of the menu didn't have them. And at least one was wrong.  Paneer (cheese) was marked as vegan.  Waitress tried to tell me it was vegan but after checking with the kitchen she told me there menu was wrong.  My meal (nine bean something) most of the beans were not cooked (some were).  It was also bland (but I ordered it mild).  My wife's meal was ordered mild but was pretty spicy. We let them know and they fixed it and gave us a free dessert. But we had to get another waitress to help with that because we hadn't seen ours in a really long time. She tried to be helpful, it's not her fault they where understaffed. Also portions were small for price.

By far, my favorite Indian (Nepal really) buffet. I can tell that the chef has pride in the food there. The food is truly amazing. It has deep and complex flavors; unlike the other Indian buffets I’ve been to.
