First I didn't want to come here because of my shellfish allergy, so I was annoyed already. Don't treat me like an ignoramus (translated into her vocabulary f..king ret.rd) when I ask for an allergy menu! Then don't say, "Not the battered shrimp!" when ask what's safe to eat. It wasn't until I said, "If it's marinated in the same sauce or brushed with the same brush that means death!" that she stopped being a sarcastic jerk. When I ask you to tell the kitchen that I'm allergic to shrimp that DOES NOT mean ad it to the plate when you normally don't! My wife suggests I talk to a kitchen manager before placing my order in the future. Forget that, I'll just go across the street to a place without shrimp. The only redeeming virtues were the server, the kitchen manager and the food, it was a 30 min wait, but it was good. The server handled things with grace and was suitably mortified that there was obviously a shrimp on top of my fries. She and the manager made extra sure I got a fresh plate.

Would give five stars but all sizzlers have seriously gone downhill in recent years. Cost way to much for not a super high quality product. This sizzler does get good marks because the staff there are actually good. Had an excellent waiter that took excellent care of us, top notch stuff.

Husband ordered fish and chips, 40 minutes later he got a plate with 2 small pieces of thin sliced dried out dark brown shoe leather. Asked to have the hand sanitizer replaced as it was empty. Since we were sitting by the salad bar and could see the dispenser it was obvious no one changed it. Went to get ice cream. Surprise no spoons. Asked for some. Finally used soup spoon.

We went on a Friday night when it was pretty busy and had to wait about 20 minutes before getting seated. Once we were seated the amazing dinner started. The manager seated us and checked on us 3 times throughout our 90 minute time there. Or server had a smile on her face the entire night and was always friendly and helpful. The salad bar was amazing and our start driver was perfect. I couldn't ask for a better night and will definitely be going back again and again.

Don’t ever order a to go order from this location!! I paid 45$ for a meal that was burnt, cold and the worst part, I didnt even get what I ordered!!! I called and talked to a manger who PROMISED to mail me $45 in gift certificates to make up for Sizzlers mistakes and I never received them!!! Seriously very disappointed and frustrated with this experience!!!
