I grew up going to the original potbelly’s house in chicago, so when I moved here and didn’t have it I was incredibly sad. So when they finally opened up this location I was ecstatic! There are so many options for all sorts of preferences on food. Also, they have really good options for kids. The only sad thing is that they’ve stopped serving peanut butter and jam sandwiches due to allergy safety, those were my favourite.

This a good little sandwich shop.  It has a different taste and feel from other chain restaurants, but it is a nice addition to the restaurants near The District.  They have several options for bread, sandwiches, and add-ons.  They have various desserts, shakes, and frozen lemonades to accompany the entrees.  They also serve Coke products.  The restrooms are clean and well kept.  Parking is free and plentiful.

Actually the worst sandwich I've ever had, I took one bite and gagged. They put so many hot peppers on when I specifically asked for none, the fat chick is such a pain to be around. She was short with me, that is no way to treat a customer. DO NOT GO HERE
